10a NCAC 26d .1003      SPECIALIZED THERAPIES

The following shall be provided by, or under the direct supervision of, staff licensed or registered to perform these activities:

(1)           medical care;

(2)           physical, occupational, or language and communication therapy; and

(3)           nursing care.
